"Yuliza is a phenomenal employee at this office! We’ve been with this office since we moved here in 2021, and I didn’t have the greatest experience with some of the employees then. However, I couldn’t beat their rates anywhere else, so I stuck it out since the issues were fixed after a couple of weeks and several phone calls. My last 2 interactions with this office have been with Yuliza. I adjusted a coverage amount, and I had a question about a billing notice I received from them regarding their system changes. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Also, she answered my clarifying questions and details of exact coverage for items like jewelry. My initial opinion of the office wasn’t horrible by any means, but it wasn’t the greatest either. However, my interactions with Yuliza have honestly changed my opinion of the office as a whole. She exceeded all of my expectations!"

"I've used this place for insurance for years. For car insurance, they've been fine. No car insurance place is going to treat you well, but this place at least paid out my claim when my car got totaled. For life insurance, they've been almost comically bad. A few months ago, I set up 20 year to life insurance for my wife. A month or so later, a financial advisor recommended I switch to a 30 year term plan. So I called them up, told them I'd like to make the change, and thought that was the end of it. Two months later, I notice I'm still being billed $70/month for the 20 year to life plan. I call them about it asking what the situation is. Turns out the person I had talked to about changing the plan doesn't work there anymore and no one kept any records of my request. So I try again. I ask them to transfer my 20 year to life plan into a 30 year term plan, and because I've been mis-billed $140, I ask them to either credit that to my account or at the very least roll it into my new insurance plan. The insurance agent I've been transferred to tells me that even though I "supposedly" called in to change it, there's nothing he can do because I didn't keep records of the phone call. The best he can do is cancel my 20 year to life plan today and open up a new 30 year term plan. This doesn't sit right with me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't insurance companies supposed to keep track of the insurance plans they're billing? Was I supposed to record all of my phone calls to play back for them? And honestly, if they can't keep records of when plans change how am I supposed to believe that they'd honor the policy if my wife were to die? If you're in the market for life insurance, I would avoid State Farm like the plague. If they can't handle something as simple as canceling a plan, I can't imagine that they could handle honoring a plan if the insured were to die."

"I'm needing my Homeowners insurance receipt Right Away, before I leave Texas. Jonny helped me a week ago and hand addressed the envelope to ensure I receive it. Unfortunately my local post office confused my on-line mail forwarding request by 2 weeks! And stopped my mail. So I called back Jonny and he'd emailed my receipt so I could print it off easily. I am an older, widowed customer, and sometimes confusion is upsetting and disruptive to me--but then that describes all of us, I believe. Each time I've spoken with Jonny he has been patient, respectful, and kindly fixed my problem. I'm very appreciative of his great customer service."

"Yuliza was very nice and helped me understand why the bill was the way it was. She found a way to get the bill a bit cheaper while increasing coverage (through an umbrella policy, which hadn't made things cheaper for us a year or two ago, but did make things cheaper now)"

"I have known Mark my whole life. Great friends as kids. Mark is a person of high character and integrity. That is something I always have trust in. He and his Father have been mine and my parents insurance agents since the 80’s. As well, he has great people working with him at his agency. Recently I needed documents from a past policy and, I needed them in a hurry. Yuliza helped me despite everything on her plate. She was amazing in getting me what I needed in a prompt manner while still taking care of everything that she needed to in order to give great service to others. I’m grateful for her help. She did everything in her power to make sure she gave me great service in a prompt manner. I can’t thank you enough Yuliza!
